The East Tawas Business Association (ETBA) is an organization

set up to promote a business climate that is clean, attractive, and

pedestrian-oriented, and to serve as a center for business, service,

cultural and community activities; to support events in the

Business District, and to act as a unified voice on behalf of the

Downtown in cooperation with the Planning Commission and the

City Council.

As an organization, we currently organize:

  Fall Decorations

  Annual Business Owners BBQ

  Downtown Christmas Tree Lighing and Parade

  Tuesday Night Live- Music in the Street

  Downtown Map & Restaurant Guide

  Centerfold Ad of Members in the Tawas Chamber's Visitor Guide

We currently support:

              Downtown Arts & Crafts Show

              Summerfest Car Show & Street Dance

              Blues By The Bay

              Perchville USA

Along with these events, we are committed to keeping Downtown

beautiful by planting flowers in the District, having the streets and

sidewalks cleaned as necessary, and raising funds for additional

Christmas decorations for Downtown.

Volunteers working together make our Downtown strong. You can

help by joining ETBA and assisting to make Downtown a destination

location where your business can thrive. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at the East Tawas City Hall on Newman

Street at 8 a.m.
